Soon after ending its Gaulitana commitments last weekend, the Gaulitanus Choir is back on track preparing for two events in which it will be involved over the next few weeks.

On Sunday, the 29th of May at 8.30am, the choir will animate the liturgy during the first solemn high Mass of Fr Stephen Magro OFM being celebrated at St. Anthony’s church, in Ghajnsielem. Fr. Magro, a Franciscan monk, whom the choir would like to congratulate and wish ad multos annos, would have been ordained priest just the day before at the Gozo Cathedral.

On Saturday, the 4th of June, the choir will then give a concert as part of Lejlet Lapsi: Notte Gozitana. The concert will be held at Savina church, Victoria and starts at 8.15pm. The choir will perform a varied repertoire of sacred music.
