The Gozo SPCA rehoming centre in Victoria, have taken in a little poodle cross dog named LouLou. He arrived at the centre three weeks ago in a terrible state after his elderly owner had to sadly go into care.
The volunteers at the centre bathed him and arranged for him to be neutered and groomed. LouLou has a lovely temperament and has responded well to all the pampering, love and attention that he has been receiving.
He is about three years old, house trained, is good with children, adores walks, but is not too keen on the young puppies he is sharing his bedroom with! His new owners will need to spend time daily brushing him and keeping his eyes clean.
The photographs show LouLou as he is now and before he was groomed!
The Gozo SPCA currently have 13 dogs and puppies and 9 kittens at their rehoming centre in Victoria.
If anybody thinks that they can help with a home for LouLou, or any of the other animals at the Gozo SPCA centre, then please email info@spca-gozo.org. You can also contact them on 21553769 and 99475199 or visit their website at: http://www.spca-gozo.org/.
A gallery is available which features many of the animals that are currently in need of new homes, which may be viewed by clicking this link.

LouLou (now called Louie) will be rehomed in the UK, in about 5 months time when his quarantine is over. If you are able to offer a foster home for Louie for the next few months, so freeing up a space at the centre for another dog, please contact Gozo SPCA.
