Ikla tan-Nanna and country music evening in Santa Lucija

The Fundazzjoni Ta’ Klula of Santa Lucija are holding an evening of country music under the stars in the village square of Santa Lucija on Saturday the 30th of July.
The traditional 4-couse meal, Ikla tan-Nanna (Grandma’s Dinner), will also be available for those who wish to partake in the menu of delicious bruschetta, garlic bread, qassatat, main course with a mixed plate of meat and dessert plus soft drink and free flowing wine.
The “Fundazzjoni Ta’ Klula” (Ta’ Klula Foundation) of Santa Lucija, Gozo, won the European Destination of Excellence award in 2008, with its main aim, to provide a platform in order to enhance its mission of preserving and promoting local traditions at both local and island scale.
Tickets for the meal at the price of €15 per person can be booked on 998 40349 or by email on info@santalucija.com. However, everyone is welcome to enjoy the entertainment without having to join in with the meal.
The evening gets underway at 8.30pm and will be hosted by John Muscat with a variety of guest performers.
