Works are currently underway on the EU funded project which, by 2013, will see the restoration of the entire 1km perimeter of fortified walls that define the precincts of the Cittadella.

MC Restauri of Italy and AF Ellis Home Decor in a joint venture, are executing the restoration of the St Michael’s Bastion.

This project is being led by the Ministry for Resources and Rural Affairs in collaboration with the Ministry for Gozo.
