HSBC is again sponsoring the HSBC Advance Malta Property & Homes Expo which will bring together the homes and property sectors under one roof at the MFCC in Ta’ Qali Complex, between the 22-25 March 2012. The fourth edition of this popular Expo has been extended to include home furniture and finishings to attract a wider audience.

Spread over more than 6,500 square metres of space, the Expo is mainly aimed at promoting property in Malta and abroad, giving developers, estate agents and other stakeholders in the industry the opportunity to exhibit their products and services. This year, exhibitors will include companies providing all that is needed to finish off a home, from fittings to furniture and home accessories.

The sponsorship agreement was signed by HSBC’s Head of Branch Banking and Deputy Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management Ray Briffa and David Grech on behalf of Duplex Real Estate Branding, organisers of the event.

“The HSBC Advance Malta Property and Homes Expo is a welcome initiative to give the homes and property markets the exposure it needs. Having a large number of exhibitors in one place is convenient for home buyers who are frequently pressed for time to go round and evaluate different options,” said Mr Briffa. “HSBC is a major provider of home loans and credit for home improvement in Malta. During the Expo, our experts will be present to facilitate the financing of acquisition of property or home improvement.”
