The Environmental Health Directorate has said that, upon information received from the Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed, as a precaution, the publice should not consume the Turkish product ‘Halval with Pistacchio nuts,’ due to excessive presence of aflatoxins.

wher is the information on the other sources ;i;e; opine nuts from China or elsewhere ? what processes exist to keep the sources of Turkish, Chinese and other countries providing pine nuts segregated so as to have audit trail in case of contamination ?
