A 31-year old man from Mosta was taken to Gozo Hospital earlier this afternoon after falling from a forklift truck he was working on
The circumstances leading up to the accident, which happened in Triq it-Tokk, in Victoria, are not yet certain.
The man is reported to be suffering from life-threatening injuries.
Police investigations are underway.

We retired in Qala after returning from Canada, there are a certain individuals on motor bikes that sound like an F16 fighter jet plane, that creates havoc with the awful noise well over the requred legal decibels, and to make matters worse they belt down the road at a speed that i am sure if a child happens to be crossing there is no way these idiots are going to re-act and stop in time. Qala needs sleeping policmen before something more drastic happens..then as usual its too late, when a child or an older person is killed by these maggots.
