In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Ghaqda Drammatika Ghajnsielem, the orginisers presented the original passion play ‘Id-Dawl tad-Dinja’ scripted by JoAnne Debrincat.

The pageant was held in Independence Square Ghajnsielem, Gozo, for the second year running, with the old parish church creating a dramatic backdrop, with the parvis used as a stage platform.

This together with the sound effects created by the enclosed square offered a unique experience for all those present. The cast was made up of around 40 actors.
