Gaulitana: A Festival of Music continues with the next two events. On Thursday the 19th of April, ‘From Russia with Love,’ is a Piano Recital by Russian pianist-composer Alina Nenasheva, who will present a wholly Russian repertoire.

The first part being devoted to works by herself and the second to works by Sergey Rachmaninov. The concert, being held with the support of the Russian Centre for Science and Culture, is being held at the Ministry for Gozo in St Francis Square, starting at 7.30pm.

Then on Saturday, the 21st of April, ‘An Italian in Russia,’ another Piano Recital but this time by Italian pianist Martina Frezzotti, who is based in Moscow. She will perform works by Beethoven, Ravel and Russian composers Shchedrin, Balakirev and Prokofiev.

The concert, being held with the support of the Istituto Italiano di Cultura, is being held at the Ministry for Gozo, St Francis Square, starting at 7.30pm.
