Din l-Art Helwa has announced the 16th edition of the Bir Miftuh International Music Festival. High calibre musicians performing in the unique medieval ambiance of the Church of Santa Marija ta’ Bir Miftuh, never fail to enchant the public.

This year Din l-Art Helwa will present:

A String Recital by the Kalypso Ensemble on Saturday 26th May, with the support of the Italian Embassy and the Italian Cultural Institute;

A Classical Guitar Recital by Ulrich Rasche on Friday 1st June, thanks to the German Embassy;

A String Recital by Agnès Pyka – Violin and Edouard Sapey-Triomphe – Violoncello on 9th June, by courtesy of the French Embassy and Alliance Française de Malte – Méditerranée.

All concerts start at 8.00pm. Tickets for each concert cost €20 per person and include refreshments after the performance.
