The seventh edition of the JP2 Memorial Festival continues, this time with a music concert being held by the Ghasri Local Council in collaboration with the JP2 Foundation, featuring the locally-renowned Fourtissimo Brass Quartet.

The concert is to be held on Wednesday, the 9th May of 2012, at the Basilica of the Patronage of Our Lady (tal-Wied) in Ghasri and will feature several sacred music pieces which guarantee an enjoyable evening for those who attend.

The scenic valley and the austere beauty of the Basilica provide a setting like no other for such a memorable event, which shall also be commemorating the first Maltese Saint: Dun Gorg Preca.

The concert will start at 8.30pm. Entrance is free, and everyone is invited to attend.
