The Blood Donation Area at Gozo General Hospital is going to be open this coming Sunday, the 1st of July, from 8.30am till 1.00pm for those who wish to make a blood donation and do not have the opportunity to do so during the week.

Blood donation is sometimes taken for granted or ignored.

The more blood donors the better. When donating blood people are helping others and having the chance to help save lives.

It is important that anyone wishing to donate blood should take their ID card with them.
