The Annual Agrarian Show at the Villa Rundle Gardens in Victoria.
Around 10,000 people visited the agrarian show held at the Villa Rundle gardens in Victoria as part of the Santa Maria festivities.
142 competitors exhibited 3794 items which included farm produce, animals, birds and handcrafts.
Trophies and cash prizes were distributed by the President of Malta, H.E. Dr George Abela and by the Minister for Gozo, Giovanna Debono
The overall winner James Muscat of Victoria was presented with €1,854 and 39 trophies; M’Angelo Grech of Kercem was placed second, receiving €1,187 and 33 trophies; Luke Buttigieg of Munxar, who came third, won €779 and six trophies. Gianni Mampalao of Xewkija came fourth and won €94 and 21 trophies.
