The Prime Minister Dr Joseph Muscat arrived in Brussels today for an EU Heads of States Summit. Dr Muscat is being accompanied on the trip by the Finance Minister Edward Scicluna and the Government’s Communication Officer Kurt Farrugia, among others.
The Prime Minister was warmly greeted on his arrival at the Summit by the President of the European Parliament Mr Martin Schultz.
