Prof. Arnold Cassola, Chairperson of Alternattiva Demokratika – The Green Party, said today that the Party welcomed the setting up of of the Coalition in favour of abolition of Spring hunting. “This coalition is a living example of the strength of civil society since it brings together reputable organisations from different walks of life, ranging from animal welfare groups to environmental groups, citizens’ concern NGOs to Ramblers’ Association.”

” As Alternattiva Demokratika, we pledge to give all the support needed to the Coalition in the collection of signatures for an abrogative referendum on Spring hunting.
