The Gozo General Hospital Blood Donation Area will be open next Sunday, the 25th of August, from 8.00am till 1.00pm for those who wish to make a blood donation and do not have the opportunity to do so during the week.

Blood donation is sometimes taken for granted or ignored.

The more blood donors the better. When donating blood people are helping others and having the chance to help save lives.

It is important that anyone wishing to donate blood should take their ID card with them.
