‘The Characteristics of Maltese Taste and Identity,’ is the title of an upcoming lecture by Marquis Nicholas de Piro in association with FAA and hosted by the Italian Cultural Institute, in Valletta.

The identity of the Maltese people is discussed, and proves to be a sheer delight to contemplate; this great and gratifying mixture has produced a concoction of genes – a mixture that has fermented, to a great extent, into a self-sufficient and endurable vintage brew.

The lecture is taking place at the Istituto Italiano di Cultura, St George’s Square, Valletta, on Wednesday, the 4th of December, starting at 7.00pm.

The public is requested to be seated by 6.45pm, please reserve your seat online – email on bookings@faa.org.mt. A donation towards FAA’s art restoration project would be greatly appreciated.

Heritage and environment NGO, Flimkien ghal Ambjent Ahjar, is also showcasing its Annual Art Exhibition at the same venue until the 6th of December 2013.
