The Ministry for the Family and Social Solidarity has announced that as from tomorrow, Thursday, the 28th of November, the Department of Social Security, in collaboration with the Sannat Local Council, will start offering customer care service at the Local Council’s administrative offices.

The Ministry said that this service will continue to strengthen the services which this Department offers from various Local Councils in Gozo and Malta.

Through this service, all Gozitan residents will be able go to the Sannat Local Council to:

§ Apply for any social security benefits;

§ Report changes in circumstances;

§ Apply for or renew the pink card;

§ Submit medical certificates and

§ Request any information related to social security.

This service will be offered every Thursday between 8am and noon.
