The Ramblers’ Association Malta is organising a public talk entitled, ‘MEPA, The Controversial Organsation, …Or?’ By speaker, Perit Vincent Cassar B. Arch., FIHEEM, A.& C.E.,

The talk will be held next Monday, the 16th of December, starting at 6.00pm, at Europe House, St Paul’s Street (behind old covered market), Valletta.

The Ramblers’ said, “please note that at the door patrons will be asked to present an identification document. Patrons are kindly asked to be seated by 5.50.”

Perit Cassar will dwell about the responsibilities of the Authority, discuss the planning process together with situations of controversial decisions the Organisation sometimes appears to take when dealing with planning applications and issues. Other topics will include monitoring of development and enforcement.
