The Confraternity of the Knights of St. Peter & St. Paul Incorporated was created by a Gozitan from Nadur H.E. Chev. Peter Paul Portelli O.S.J. in Melbourne in November, 1996 to honour members of the Christian faith for their tireless benevolent work in the community.

This confraternity has many priories around the World and one of them is in a poor town of Santa Rosa in Peru.

The Prior Fr. Anthony Zammit. who is also from Gozo, recently received a donation of $A500 from the Prioriy of Australia, to organise a meal for the Elderly who are really poor, which is becoming an annual Christmas event.
