A 52-year old man from Xewkija, was remanded in custody earlier today, after he was accused before the Gozo Court of sexually assulting a 15-year old minor, as well as holding the minor against his will.
The accused pleased not guilty to all the charges, he was also accused of defiling the minor and engaging in sexual activities with the younster.
Inspectors Frank Tabone and Louise Calleja prosecuted.
