Chorus Urbanus will be giving a repeat performance of the Music for Lent concert that was held in Ghasri earlier this month
The Concert, which is taking place as part of the John Paul II Memorial Festival, will feature a number of sacred pieces by various composers including Zoltan Kodaly, Anton Bruckner, John Galea, Cesar Franck, G.B. Pergolesi and Hassler. The choir will be under the musical direction of Mro Dr John Galea.
This concert is being held in preparation of the Canonisation of Pope John Paul II later this month.
The Sacred Music concert will be held at Saint Nicholas’ Parish Church, Siggiewi and starts at 7.30 pm, patrons are kindly asked to be seated by 7.20 pm.
