Gozo students take part in an activities week on the Isle of Wight

9 students from the Bishop’s Conservatory Secondary School in Victoria, along with 72 other students and teachers from Stella Maris, St. Albert, Handaq Girls and Hamrun Boys in Malta, have just returned from spending a week of the Easter holidays at the Kingswod Centre on the Isle of Wight, in the UK.

The school said that the aim of the trip was to instill self-confidence and a sense of achievement, through a positive experience which is educational, enjoyable, challenging and rewarding.Gozo students take part in an activities week on the Isle of WightThe Students were able to participate in various activities including water sports, climbing, abseiling, fencing, 3G swing, quad and kart tracks, high ropes, archery, swimming, caving and zipwire.

The school said, “photographs can say a lot more than words, and these show that the students had a fantastic time and did not want to return home!”
