The Gozo Clean & Green hikes are underway again, organised by Louis Debattista of the Gozo Greyhounds. The next one is this Sunday, the 11th of May, meeting at 1.00pm by the Qala Local Council.

The hike will leave from Qala to Dahlet Qorrot, then to San Blas and on to Ramla, where there will be a very welcome ice cream for everyone! A bus will take everyone back to Qala.

Louis said that he will have some T-shirt for eveyone to wear on the hike, which have been provided by Eco-Gozo for the ‘Give me Gozo-Greener and Cleaner’ Campaign.

Volunteers joining the clean-up hike on Sunday are asked to please wear comfortable shoes and to take 2 bottles of water and a snack. Gloves and bags are provided.
