Ms.Tina Rapinett on behalf of the Maltese Charities Association recently presented a cheque for €2360 to the Arka Foundation of Ghajnsielem.

The money was raised during a fund raising activity held in the UK, where a piece of sculpture, which had been donated by Joseph Xuereb of Ghajnsielem, was auctioned.

Similar donations have been presented to Arka Foundation in the past. The money received from the latest auction will go towards the purchase of a Medicine Trolley, as well as to purchase uniforms for the staff at Arka Respite Centre.
