This coming Thursday, the 22nd of May 2014 the painting of Our Lady of Mount Carmel venerated in the Sanctuary – Basilica of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Valletta, is to visit Kercem. Gozo.

The programme will be as follows:

8.00am Departure from Valletta

10.00am Arrival at the Carmelite Sisters in Kercem, where a celebration will be held for the children of St. Theresa School.

The painting will remain in the Chapel for the faithful to worship until 5.00pm, it will then depart from the Carmelite Sisters for the Kercem Parish Sanctuary Parish at 5.30pm, following which there will be a Marian Celebration and a Mass at 6.00pm.
