The Minister for the Family and Social Solidarity, Michael Farrugia and the Housing Authority have issued information for those applicants who have shown interest in purchasing their residence under the ‘Sir Sid Darek’ – Right to Buy scheme.

They said that “the process for this scheme has sped up in the last few weeks in order to conclude any work necessary, as well as finalise the relevant documents.”

Therefore “the majority of these applications will be concluded by the end of this year,” they said.
