Air Malta has launched a special 50% discount on the carriage of sports equipment on its scheduled flights. Passengers travelling on the airline between 1st November and 31st March 2015 can present a special voucher during check-in to avail themselves of this offer.

Vouchers are being made available through various channels including Air Malta Offices, MTA offices overseas, travel fairs, sports organisations and sports related clubs. A printable version is also available online on www.airmalta.com/sportsoffer and can be printed and presented during airport check-in.

Commenting on this initiative Joe Galea, Deputy Chief Commercial Officer of Air Malta said, “Malta and Gozo are renowned for their world class dive sites and the special rate on sports equipment charge will allow our passengers the freedom to enjoy the various dive sites on the islands with their own equipment. Not only, this year we have expanded the offer to a large amount of sports equipment and thus Air Malta customers can now enjoy a variety of other sport activities including cycling, rock climbing or any other sports activities the islands offer.”
