Gozo SPCA in Victoria currently have 7 dogs waiting for loving homes and the Centre said that they have no more space available for medium or large dogs.

One of the latest residents to arrive this week is ‘Jack,’ known by many as ‘Lucky’ who had been wandering around the Qbajjar area for the last couple of months.

Jack is a young, and very friendly male Fox Terrier. Although he was on the streets Jack has been well fed and looked after by SPCA members while they were waiting for space at the Centre to take her in.

Jack will available for homing after the 20th of October, however he can be reserved before then.

If anybody thinks that they can help with a loving home for either Carol, or any of the other animals at the Gozo SPCA centre, then please email info@spca-gozo.org. You can also contact them on 21553769 and 99475199 or visit their website at: http://www.spca-gozo.org/ or their facebook page.

Any of the animals can be reserved for rehoming and a gallery is available which features many of the dogs and cats that are currently in need of new homes.

There are also other ways that you can help Gozo SPCA, either by sponsoring one of the animals at the Centre, or by making a contribution, which can be done by SMS – available from all Malta based mobile phones:
