A collage entitled ‘Pillow Talk’ was recently presented to the Chemo Ward at the Gozo General Hospital by the Gozo Group of Europa Donna Malta (Breast Care Support Group).
The presentation was made in the presence of Dr Fanco Mercieca, Chairman of the Gozo General Hospital Strategic Leadership Board.
The ‘Pillow Talk’ project got underway in the summer, with the aim of making a collaborative artwork inspired by meaningful words, objects and stories from people whose lives have been touched by cancer.
The completed artwork was then displayed at the ‘Awareness Through Art Exhibition’ held in Malta last month, organised by Europa Donna Malta.
