An exhibition of cribs and Christmas Cards by students of the Visual and Performing Arts School of Xewkija, is taking place at the Ministry for Gozo, in Victoria.

The exhibition also shows the entries submitted for the Ministry for Gozo Christmas Card competition. During the official inauguration on Wednesday evening, all those that entered the competition were presented with a certificate of participation.

The competition was won by VPA student Alicia Said, who was presented with her first prize certificate by Dr.Christian Zammit on behalf of the Minister for Gozo Dr.Anton Refalo.

Alicia’s drawing will be featured on some 13,000 Ministry for Gozo Christmas cards.

The Visual and Performing Arts School is a new concept to the Maltese Islands. It brings together the Drama, Visual Arts and Music under one roof.

The VPA exhibition will be open till the 1st of January 2015, at the Ministry for Gozo, St Francis Square, during office hours.
