Members of the Gozo University Group volunteered, as part of their traditional Christmas time ritual, to give a helping hand at the Arka Foundation in Ghansielem.

GUG has been doing this every year for the last four year, because, they said, “this is the time to give back to a community that provides so much good to so many people.”

The voluntary work consisted of normal day-to-day things, from cleaning and cooking to sorting out clothes and appliances. A donation was also presented to the Foundation, which had been raised during a Car Wash organised by GUG earlier this year.

GUG also encouraged the Arka Foundation “to keep up their noble work and wish them the best for the upcoming year.”
