Sawl, a Maltese play which allows the audience to get to know the real Sawl/Paul of Tarsus intimately, is being performed at the Astra Theatre, Victoria, Gozo, in collaboration with Talenti, the renowned Maltese drama company.

Written by Alfred Palma and directed by Zep Camilleri, the sole interpreter of this original, thought-provoking drama, is Maltese top-artist, Mario Micallef who will interpret excerpts from the turbulent life of St Paul in a one-hour monologue

He turned his back on paganism, turned to Christianity, changed his name, delivered Christianity to a number of different places, including Malta…but how much do you really know about St Paul?

After a successful run at the St James Cavalier in Valletta, there is now a chance to see Sawl in Gozo, on Saturday, the 21st of February, starting at 7.30pm. The play has a certification of 12+.

Tickets can be purchased at a cost of €10 each, from the Astra Theatre or Vajringa Supermarket.
