The Gozo College Victoria Primary School organised a Carnival Day for its students. They started the day off with morning assembly in the school hall, with all the children and teachers in their Carnival costumes, filling the place with colour, happiness and energy.
A group of Year 6 girls presented a dance on stage, while Alicia Jo Azzopardi of Year 5 sang ‘I’m Alive,’ and they certainly were, with the pupils and teachers all enjoying a great day together!
Those children who participated in the carnival mask competition were presented with a small token. Special carnival activities and a party were held in all the classrooms.
