Registration closes next Friday, the 8th of May, for the summer Skolasajf programme, organised by the Foundation for Educational Services.

This summer programme caters for school-age children aged between 3-16 years attending State, Church and Independent Schools.

Parents can register their children to attend in any one of the centres within the Gozo College that will be open this year. Skolasajf 2015 will run from 13th July to 4th September without a break.

A team of dedicated and professionally trained personnel runs each Skolasajf Centre. Each centre has a Coordinator, who is responsible for the overall running of the respective centre and playworkers who organise hands-on, fun activities such as arts and crafts, cooking, story-telling, musical activities, sports and an educational quiz.

The Core Programme for ALL centres is between 8.30am and 12.30pm.

Extended hours will be available in selected Skolasajf Centres and this service will be offered between 7:00am- 8:30am and 12:30pm – 5.30pm (according to demand and to both working parents only).

The registration fee for Skolasajf Core Programme (8:30am. – 12:30pm) is €25 for the whole programme (13Jul 2015 – 4 Sep 2015).

Parents/Guardians who opt for extended hours will be asked to make use of centres that offer extended hours against an additional payment of €0.80c to the hour.

Centres in Gozo offering the Core Programme and the extended hours: (7:00am. and 5:30pm) are:

Nadur, Victoria and Xaghra.

Centres in Gozo offering the Core Programme only (8.30am and 12.30pm) are:

Ghajnsielem, Gharb, Kercem, Qala, Sannat, San Lawrenz, Xewkija and Zebbug.

Skolasajf 2015 Resource Centre in Gozo is the Sannat Unit Resource Centre.

The Resource centre will offer the programme on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 08:30am to 1:00pm (time includes transportation).

For manual registration, parents are kindly requested to fill in the application form, which your children brought home and return it together with your payment to the nearest Maltapost Branch. Kindly keep the receipt given to you as proof of registration.
