This morning the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Anglu Farrugia welcomed a number of people with disabilities, from the Santa Marta Day Centre, Victoria Gozo, on a visit to the new Parliament Building in Valletta.
The group were accompanied on the visit by family members, as well as some of the management team from the Centre. 
The Speaker explained that the new Parliament Building is accessible to everyone, no matter what their ability.
He thanked the team from the Santa Marta Day Centre for the love and commitment shown in their daily work.
During the visit, the group from the Centre presented the Speaker with an artwork made from recycled materials.
