The price of 12kg LPG cylinders, will be reduced by €1.50c to €15, as from this coming Monday, the 3rd of August, and will remain fixed at this price until the end of October the Energy Ministry has said.

The Ministry stated that this is part of the Government’s policy to maintain price stability, and it will be the lowest price for gas cylinders in the past four years.

“This policy of stability is translated to Maltese consumers by reducing the uncertainty of prices, making it easier for families and businesses to plan their expenses in advance.”

The Ministry thanked Liquigas for its cooperation for its cooperation, as well as the Malta Resources Authority.
