The Federation for Hunting and Conservation (FKNK) has reported that a hunting hide which belonged to FKNK members in Sannat was vandalised on Tuesday.
The FKNK also said that at the beginning of the hunting season in September, damage had also been discovered on the indigenous trees which had been planted by its members at the Mizieb Reserve, as well as damage to several hides there.
The FKNK said that it strongly condemned all such acts, adding that, “this behaviour of confrontation and vandalism has no place in the world today.” It requested the assistance of the Police to become more vigilant in the countryside, “even in this respect.”
The FKNK concluded by advising its members that if they come across any persons in the act of vandalism, not to react to provocation, but to immediately inform the police and if possible take photos and video of the acts.
