Enemalta has advised that due to scheduled maintenance works on the electricity grid in Gozo, there will be power cuts in (or in parts of) the following areas of Zebbug, Qala, Gharb, Fontana and Munxar, on Tuesday and Wednesday, the 5th and 6th of January.

Zebbug Tuesday 8.30am-2.30pm: TRIQ IL- FORN, DAHLET L- GHARAJJEX, TRIQ IL-PORT, TRIQ IL- QBAJJAR, TRIQ SANTA MARIJA and TRIQ IT- TORN.

Qala Tuesday 8.30am-2.000pm: TRIQ TA' HONDOQ IR-RUMMIEN, TRIQ IL- KUNCIZZJONI, TRIQ TAS- SALIB, PJAZZA SAN KERREW, DAHLA TAL- WILEG, SQAQ TAL- HALQ and TRIQ SANTA MARIJA TAL-QALA.

Regular maintenance on the electricity grid is essential for Enemalta to ensure a safe and reliable distribution network across Malta and Gozo.

This is a continuous process and Enemalta said that it does its utmost to schedule such maintenance in the least disruptive time possible.
