MCAST and QP Management Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding that will see both parties collaborate to develop a joint initiative in the field of the construction industry.

This collaborative agreement will contribute significantly to address the labour supply and skill sets needed by the construction industry as well as address the skills gap within the workforce employed in this important sector of the economy.

MCAST said that it and QP Management will work closely together strategically to ensure clear identification of the industry objectives during the next years and plan to provide the right competences and knowledge needed to address these goals.

This collaboration will work closely with the contractors, developers, industry suppliers, and guidance services in schools and will act to assist the industry attract new generation human resource players that come forward as a result of a strong career choice, MCAST said.
