Bishop Mario Grech has celebrated Mass for the journalists, writers and broadcasters of Gozo.

During his homily the Bishop appealed to journalist in the field of social communications to convey positive messages, “and not to use man’s weakness,” for what he described as “ulterior motives.”

The Mass, which was celebrated on Monday, was held in the church of the Franciscan Sisters of the Heart of Jesus in Palm Street, Victoria, to mark the occasion of the feast of St. Francis de Sales, a Bishop of Geneva, and the Patron Saint of journalists.
