The Migrant Women Association Malta (MWAM) is launching its multi-collaborative project, this Friday, the 26th of February, at 7.30pm, entitled 'Explorers,' at St James Cavalier as part of Black History Month.
This project, supported by the Malta Arts Council Creative Communities fund, aims to challenge the way society perceives immigration and immigrants.
The launch will take form of a networking session. The aim of this formalised matchmaking process is to facilitate integration and inclusion while mass producing relations that would instigate thought-provoking narratives about the lives and contexts of migrant stories across Malta.
As part of the 'Explorers' project, a series of different workshops will be tackling themes related to the concept of integration and cross-cultural boundaries:

This is a project by Migrant Women Association Malta, supported by the Malta Arts Council's Creative Communities fund, curated by Moira Agius and done in collaboration with African Media Association Malta (AMAM), Spazju Kreattiv, HSBC Water Programme – Catch the Drop Campaign and Friends of the Earth Malta.
