Gozo College schools were recently invited to decorate a wooden 1.5 metre Easter Egg. The Eggs were delivered to each participating school in the middle of February. Each school then decided how they wanted to decorate their Eggs. This competition has the very apt title of `dEGGorate.’

Participating schools were awarded a book for their school library, which were presented by the Minister for Gozo Dr Anton Refalo, during a visit to the schools to meet the pupils and view the progress of the Easter Egg decorations.

The Easter Eggs will be exhibited at the Villa Rundle Gardens on Easter Sunday, during a fun event aimed for all the family to enjoy – Mr Bunny’s Easter Party. Donations collected on the day will go towards Puttinu Cares.

Judges will determine the winner of `dEGGorate’ during Sunday’s Easter Party Day and the winner will receive a set of books for their school Library.
