Next Sunday, the Gozo Half Marathon Organising Committee will be holding the 41st edition of the Teamsport Gozo Half Marathon, taking place in Xaghra.

However, this is not the only special event being held in the village, during the same weekend, and on the eve of the half marathon (Saturday, the 23rd of April), there will be firework displays taking place in Xaghra, as part of the 15th edition of the Malta International Fireworks Festival.

This special evening, a first for Gozo, will give Gozitans and prospective participants in the marathon an opportunity to enjoy a spectacular night, filled with colourful light and music.
