Rigged sailing ship `Sea Cloud’ stops at Mgarr, Gozo

The rigged sailing ship `Sea Cloud,' anchored off Mgarr, Gozo on Sunday afternoon with around 55 on board. The Sea Cloud is considered as the world's most luxurious tall ship.
It was built in 1931 for heiress Marjorie Merriweather Post and today it boasts interiors that have been restored to their original splendour that can host up to 65 passengers.
The Sea Cloud is operated by Sea Cloud Cruises of Hamburg, Germany. The Company operates luxurious and refined cruises on their two traditionally rigged sailing ships, Sea Cloud and Sea Cloud II. Catering to American and German passengers, Sea Cloud's sailing ships travel to smaller, less touristy ports in Europe and the Caribbean.
