The body found last week at Ramla Bay Gozo, has been identified as that of a 17-year-old Hungarian boy, who went missing at sea in Marsalforn on the 15th of July, Police said.

Bence Murinai, 17, had been reported missing after jumping into the sea at Marsalforn. Search and rescue efforts by the Armed Forces of Malta and members of the Civil Protection Department, went for days in the surrounding area.

Lifeguards at Ramla Bay found the body in the sea last Wednesday and raised the alarm, the body was recovered by that Armed Forces of Malta.
