The Mental Health Association Gozo will be organising its annual Mental Health Conference titled "24 Siegha Kuljum – Bizzejjed?" on Friday, the 28th of October.

As in the previous conferences held by the MHAG, this year's event promises to be very informative, with several discussions about real life experiences and talks presented by well known speakers in this field.

Achieving the elusive "work-life balance" can often feel like an impossible goal, especially for people who strive to give everything their 100%. In today's "do more with less" competitive reality, it may seem impossible to manage careers and families, and feel satisfied with both.

Professional speakers will deliver presentations about the ongoing challenge to juggle the demands of a career and one's personal life and will delve to engrain a fuller meaning of these two concepts by striving for meaningful daily achievement and enjoyment in the four life quadrants – work, family, friends and self.
