Bank of Valletta has advised that the Customer Service Centre telephone lines are temporarily out of service.

The Bank can be reached by email on customercare@bov.com and through the Live Help module on the Bank's website www.bov.com. Alternatively, customers can send a private message on the Bank's BOV Club Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/bovclubmt/) or a direct message on Twitter (@bovtweets).

The Bank advised not to send confidential information such as credit card or account numbers over any of these channels.

The Bank said that it is doing its utmost to restore the telephone service in the shortest time possible thanked all its customers for their understanding and co-operation.
