Gozitan given bail after pleading not guilty to cultivation of cannabis

A 27-year-old man from Victoria, was granted bail at the Gozo Court this morning, after pleading not guilty to charges of possession and cultivation of cannabis.
Daniel Pace, was accused of cultivating a cannabis plant, on and before the 12th of September and possession of the plant which was not for his sole use. Pace was also charged with committing a crime while on probation.
He appeared before Magistrate Dr Paul Coppini, who granted bail against a deposit of €2,000 and a personal guarantee of €10,000.
