Three new appointments have been announced in the Gozo Diocese, which are effective from Monday, the 1st of June.

Rev. Samuel Grech, from the Parish of Our Lady of Loreto, Ghajnsielem, has been appointed Vice-Rector of the Major Seminary of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Rev. Samuel serves in the Parish of Gharb and is also a Religious Counsellor at the Secondary School Minor Seminary.

Rev. Noel Debono, from St. Peter and St. Paul Parish, Nadur, has been appointed Prefect of Studies at the Major Seminary of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Rev. Noel serves in Qala Parish and is also Diocesan Director of Vocations.

The Gozo Diocese said that with immediate effect Can. Edward Vella, from the Basilica of the Visitation Gharb, was appointed Parish Vicar in the Parish of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour and St Gregory the Great, Kercem.
